The NRVC Convocation begins at the opening social on Thursday evening, October 31, and includes lunch on Friday and Saturday, concluding with the closing awards dinner on Sunday, November 3 at 9:00 pm. Pre-convocation workshops must be purchased as separate items in the store.

Don't forget to make your hotel reservations through NIX. Your purchase indicates you have read the NRVC Terms and Conditions on the website.

NRVC members: If you are bringing along a non-member guest, please write their name in the comment section at the check-out before you make a payment of $700 for your registration. After completing your registration, return to the store to purchase your guest's registration using their name and contact information. At the check-out, include your name as the NRVC member in the comment section and pay the $1000 non-member price. After Convocation, $300 will be applied to your 2025 membership renewal.
