Board Member nominations are open
Nominations for the NRVC Board are now open, and you are invited to prayerfully consider inquiring about serving by completing a Board Member Interest Intake Form or by nominating another NRVC member to serve on the National Board beginning in the Fall of 2026. Please submit your nominations by January 31, 2026.
For more information, contact Governance Chair, Brother John Skrodinsky, S.T., at skrodinsky@trinitymissions.org or one of our Board members to hear of their experience. If you are nominating another NRVC member, please contact them before sending a Board Recommendation Form. The Board will interview all nominees by phone and make its selections at its spring Board meeting.

NFCRV announces year-round rolling grant application window
In response to growing interest and a need for greater accessibility, the NFCRV Board is pleased to announce a new, year-round Rolling Grant Window. Religious communities that are NRVC members may now submit grant applications at any time throughout the year, allowing for more flexibility in meeting the urgent needs of vocation directors and discerners navigating educational debt.

Pope Leo connects with youth at NCYC
For the first time, a pope will directly engage in a 45-minute live digital dialogue with young people at the National Catholic Youth Conference (NCYC). The encounter will take place on Friday, November 21, 2025, at 10:15 am ET | 7:15 am PT during NCYC’s morning general session at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.
This event isn’t just a speech – it’s a true encounter, as Pope Leo XIV will listen and respond to young people’s hopes, struggles, and faith, affirming that their voices matter in the life of the Church. Click here to register.

National Vocation Awareness Week (November 2-8) is an annual week-long celebration of the Catholic Church in the United States to promote vocations to ordained ministry and consecrated life through prayer, invitation, and education, renewing our support and hope for those considering a call to religious life.
