This 20-minute film is a members-only resource produced in collaboration with A Nun's Life Ministry. In it NRVC Board member Father Adam MacDonald, S.V.D. talks about time-tested practices to bring forth the joyfulness available to all who labor in the vocations vineyard.

Thank you so much, Fr. Adam, for sharing your 12 best practices for finding joy in vocation ministry. You hit the nail on the head with each one. It was a good reminder of the importance of self-care as we journey on a privileged road of accompanying discerners and networking with other vocation ministers!
