Workshop participants study sample case reports, and learn skills for interviewing as well as guidelines for organizing the information into useful reports. Interview topics include: family background, educational and occupational histories, psychosexual histories and intimacy skills, faith history, and other pertinent issues related to comprehensive vocational assessment.

The workshop begins at 9 a.m. each morning, from July 10-12. Please note this workshop ends at 4:30 p.m. on July 12. Overnight accommodations are contracted for 4 nights, arrival on July 9 and check out on July 13.

An in-depth look at more challenging issues of personal experiences in assessing candidates, this is a gold mine. Father Ray’s rich knowledge and experience in his field is very helpful, it gives a sense of authenticity. I am challenging myself to be better in assessing inquirers and my own materials.

—Sister Gloria Tamayo, M.M.

Thank you for the simplicity in your presentations that are so powerful. I feel really confident now that I can do candidate assessment. I have learned much in this workshop.

—Sr. Palepa Iaone, S.M.S.M.

Father Ray is amazing! He gave me the tools I need to be more competent and professional in my candidate assessments.
