This resource was created by women for use in women's communities. It is designed to assist in strengthening the vocation culture within women's religious institutes. In response to requests from participants in the "Women Religious Moving Forward in Hope" series, NRVC created this instrument, which consists of a series of behavioral questions to be used by religious institutes in diverse settings. These questions were written based on eight critical needs identified by the Moving Forward in Hope participants.
