Prevent and prepare for ethical concerns before you are sweating out a dilemma. Take the NRVC workshop "Ethical Issues in Vocation and Formation Ministry," by Father Raymond P. Carey, Ph.D., October 16-17 at the Marillac Center in Leavenworth, Kansas.
This workshop will explore ethical principles governing confidentiality, agency, and obligations related to positions of trust. The workshop will also address issues related to dissemination of information, the timeliness of admissions or dismissal decisions, rights of candidates, and rights of those in authority.
