Father Ray is leading by example, he takes every question seriously and answers clearly, truthfully, and respectfully. I found the real life examples and respect for each person to be most helpful.

—Sister Theresa Helena Muzeta, R.S.C.

Father Ray's ability to back up principles with real life examples was helpful. He gave me great information to take back to share with my leadership.

—Brother  August Schaefer, O.S.B.

The topics that were most helpful were the rights of minimal intrusion, fiduciary trust, and confidentiality. I learned what not to ask and how to assess skills for religious life. Father Ray's concrete examples and stories were helpful.

—Sister  Barbara Wells, R.G.S.
